My concerns are not what the world wants. What the world wants, want satisfy the worlds wants.
I could chase money, fame, power for my on name.
I could give into this never-ending game.
I could go after my dream, or better yet, the American dream and never ask a question about anything.
I could, not believe in fate and say that it is my on way and I am all I have today.
I could, not care for the needy, while becoming greedy
I could neglect my soul, because “soul searching just sounds old” and spend my life dark and cold.
Yea, I could waste my life but then I wouldn’t have Christ.
Oh, how I wish the world could see what I see, through the eyes of the unfallen Adam redeemed in me.
But until that happens I want stop, you can harm me, kill me, but the proclamation of His kingdom will never flop.
I stand firm on Christ and open my arms to all who will come!
In the name of Jesus I welcome you into the Kingdom. Eat at the table and hang with the people. Find His love and do turn from evil.
Live pure and holy through His on eyes, and you get to do so by his on prize.
A death and resurrection that forgave your sin, now drop the wicked ways of this world and turn to him.
God, open the eyes of the people, call them to the steeple, humble them at the cross having already announced our debt as feeble.
Paid.
There is one way and on that I want budge, an innocent man Jesus Christ who died and rose out of love.
Accept the gift of love, and turn from evil, seek that which is above, and together we become a whole new people.
